Can I automate certain actions when a payment error occurs?
Yes, in Wannme we have an automation engine that we call Events. Through Wannme’s events you can define and configure a series of actions such as automatic retries or the sending of communications, among others, to maximize the conversion of your collections.
How can I set up an automatic event in Wannme?
From Wannme we take care of the configuration, so we only need you to send us the definition of the flow you want to follow (conditions to work on and actions to execute). Once configured, you can track all your events through a series of reports that we provide you with.
Can I warn my customers before charging them a recurring amount?
Yes, in Wannme you can set up what we call a Pre-notification to send a communication to your customers x days before you are going to make a recurring charge. This way, you make sure that your customers are always aware of their payments and have their account ready to be charged.
Can I create a strategy with automatic actions for my recoveries?
Yes, thanks to our Events system, you can set up a chain of demands with automated actions that will help you manage your collection files. Once you send us the flow of your debt collection chains, we will take care of setting it up and running it. Once the chain of demand is up and running, we provide you with reports from which you can view the behavior of your chains of demand to track your collections.
