What is Wannme's cash payment service?
Wannme’s cash payment service allows customers to make cash payments at physical points of sale or at partner establishments. This option is integrated with the Wannme platform to facilitate the reconciliation and management of these payments.
How does cash payment work with Wannme?
Once your customers access the payment link you have generated from Wannme, they can select the cash payment option at checkout. In this way we will show them on screen both a code and the locations of the closest partner stores to their address to make the cash payment. Once the payment is completed at the store, the Wannme system will automatically update the payment status.
Where can customers make cash payments?
Our cash payment provider has agreements with thousands of physical stores and outlets where customers can make cash payments, located throughout the country. Details and specific locations of these payment points will be available during the checkout process.
Can I track the status of cash payments?
Yes, Wannme allows both you and your customers to track the status of cash payments through the platform. This includes real-time notifications and updates on the status of each transaction.
What happens if a customer does not complete the cash payment?
If a customer does not complete the cash payment within the specified time, the transaction will be automatically cancelled. Wannme will notify both the customer and the company about the cancellation of the order.
