What is Wannme’s cash payment service?
Wannme’s cash payment service lets customers make cash payments at physical points of sale or at partner establishments. This option integrates with the Wannme platform to facilitate the reconciliation and management of these payments.
How do cash payments with Wannme work?
Once your customers access the payment link you’ve generated through Wannme, they can select the cash payment option at checkout. On the screen, we’ll show them both a code and the locations of the partner establishments closest to their address to make the cash payment. Once the payment has been completed at the partner establishment, the Wannme system will automatically update the status of the payment.
Where can customers make cash payments?
Our cash payment provider has agreements with thousands of physical locations and points of sale where customers can make cash payments, spread across the country. Details and specific locations of these payment points will be available during the checkout process.
Can I track the status of cash payments?
Yes, Wannme allows both you and your customers to track the status of cash payments through the platform. This includes real-time notifications and updates on the status of each transaction.
What happens if a customer doesn’t complete the cash payment?
If a customer does not complete the cash payment within the specified time, the transaction will be automatically cancelled. Wannme will notify both the customer and the merchant of the order cancellation.
