What types of recurring payments can I manage with Wannme?
With Wannme you can manage any type of recurring payments that your business requires. In our platform we distinguish two types:
- Subscription: payment recurrence model in which a constant amount and frequency of payment is established.
For example, a gym subscription of €50 per month. Each month, when the subscription date arrives, the customer will be automatically charged. The moment the customer wants to unsubscribe, the subscription is cancelled. - Payment plan: a more flexible recurrence model in which all the installments can be defined, each with a different date and amount. For example, in the collection of a debt file we can define all the installments in advance, and the possibility of modifying any of them (date and/or amount) at any time if the client requests it.
As soon as the customer pays all the defined installments, the recurrent ends.
The payment methods available to collect recurring payments right now in Wannme are Payment by card (tokenizing the card data) and Direct Debit (creating a SEPA mandate from our checkout process).
