Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Wannme makes it easy to manage your payment requests. From our platform, you can create your payment requests by adding all the necessary customer and order information, share the payment link with the customer and follow its status in real time until the customer completes payment.

Wannme only charges for sales you manage through its platform. In addition to the cost of each payment method, Wannme charges a percentage of the amount of each payment.

You can view our prices here.

Wannme has no specific limitations on the number of payment requests or amount. No matter the size of your company or sector, you can always get paid with us.

If you need help or have questions, you can contact our support team at any time at soporte@wannme.com.

With Wannme, you can manage any type of recurring payment that your business requires. There are two types on our platform:

  • Subscription: recurring payment model in which a fixed amount and frequency of payment requests is set. An example of this would be a €50 monthly gym membership. Each month, the customer will be automatically charged on the subscription date. When the customer wants to unsubscribe, the subscription is then cancelled.
  • Payment plan: a more flexible recurring payment model in which all instalments can be defined, each with different dates and amounts. For example, in the recovery of a debt file, you can define all the instalments in advance, and you can modify any of them (date and/or amount) at any time if the customer asks you to do so.

Once the customer has paid all the predefined instalments, the recurring payment ends.

The payment methods available to charge recurring payments right now in Wannme are card payments (by tokenising the card details) and direct debit (creating a SEPA mandate from our checkout process).

Wannme offers you different modalities and features that help you manage recurring payments.

Among them, we’ve got the two types of recurring payments (subscription and payment plan), in addition to setting up billing alerts or defining a chain of debt collection procedures.

In addition, at Wannme we have an automation engine that lets you define the chains of debt collection procedures and schedule both payment retries in case of payment failures and the automatic sending of notifications to the customer.

Wannme is a great help in managing the payment of subscriptions for your business.

It’s just so easy to create a subscription that contains all the customer’s details, the amount and frequency of the subscription itself, and centralise all the necessary notifications so that the customer is always aware of when they’ll be charged.

We also have a powerful automation engine so not only can you schedule payment notices, but you can also define an automated chain of debt collection procedures. This function allows automatic payment retries on failed instalments or sending new notifications asking the customer to pay using a different payment method.

Tokenisation is the process of replacing sensitive data to protect credit card details, social security numbers, bank accounts, and other payment details with unique identification symbols that retain all key information without compromising its security. A token is a piece of data that has no meaning or relation to the original sensitive data.

It’s particularly useful for recurring payments, as it lets instalments be automatically loaded without the need for user action.

Tokenisation is a process by which customer card details are converted into a set of alphanumeric characters called tokens. This way, the actual card details are never exposed and ensure that online transactions are secure.

At Wannme, we ensure that all customer cards that pay through our platform are tokenised and stored in a secure environment.
